Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Develop customized solutions for mid-market clients across SaaS, fintech, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies and sales funnels
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ client retention rate
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable market insights to product team
- Participate in daily stand-ups and monthly pipeline reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong track record in B2B technology sales (SaaS experience preferred)
