Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and upselling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce/CRM systems
- Participate in product training and competitive analysis
- Present product demos tailored to client needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales highly desirable
