Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment during night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to maximize average transaction value.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a retail or customer service setting.
- Strong ability to work independently and meet sales goals in a night shift environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
