Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound outreach.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a hunter mentality.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
