Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline documentation
- Close new business deals and expand existing client accounts
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote/hybrid settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly preferred
