Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads during weekend shifts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
  • Present product demonstrations and service overviews to potential customers, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs.
  • Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Salesloft) to track interactions, update lead status, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
