Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads during weekend shifts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Present product demonstrations and service overviews to potential customers, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Salesloft) to track interactions, update lead status, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
