Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle complex technical objections
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive intelligence sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong negotiation skills and closing experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional client visits required)
