Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and needs-based solutions.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by leveraging our proven sales methodology and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions.
- Accurately document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain pipeline hygiene.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM CST).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
