Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly client interactions
- Document all activities in CRM and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
