Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, CRM management, and strategic prospecting
- Present product solutions to clients via phone/video conferences, closing high-value deals
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce with precision
- Participate in weekend shift (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm) with weekday flexibility as needed
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and competitive insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Self-motivated personality with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in consultative selling methodologies
- Flexibility to work weekends with high energy and resilience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
