Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and needs-based solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track KPIs

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Self-driven with ability to thrive in uncapped commission environments
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
