Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone and email
- Present product solutions to qualified prospects and close sales
- Exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift training and development sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer experience experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shift)
