Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls and emails.
- Present product demos and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track performance and manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
