Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers entering the store, offering assistance and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Utilize product knowledge to demonstrate features, explain benefits, and effectively close sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Transaction Management: Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, ensuring displays are clean, attractive, and aligned with company branding standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and the preparation of sales floor merchandise.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, or returns in a professional and timely manner to uphold our reputation for excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
