Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach
- Develop customized solutions to address client pain points and close high-value deals
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Contribute to team growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting customer needs and market trends
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
