Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are met.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize the sales floor and merchandise displays to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts with precision.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 30 lbs).
