The Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth by engaging with new and existing clients. You will leverage your natural charisma and sales acumen to close deals and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the local market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
