Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business opportunities by conducting market research and initiating contact with potential clients in CA and NC.
- Client Consultation: Engage with prospects to identify their needs and demonstrate how our services provide value.
- Deal Closure: Utilize persuasive communication to negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and share market insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional evening hours as required.
