Role Overview:
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop strategies that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects using Salesforce or CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma with equivalent experience is considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for client meetings if required).
