Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close 15-20 deals monthly via outbound/inbound channels
- Execute consultative sales presentations to C-level executives across SaaS/FinTech verticals
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales strategy sessions
- Maintain 30+ qualified prospect pipeline through strategic nurturing
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented $500K+ annual revenue
- Expertise in Salesforce/HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Gong)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in competitive markets
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in remote environment
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
