Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving B2B sales cyclesExceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay ahead of industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong time management and self-motivation for night shift work
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
