Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to B2B clients with tailored value propositions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas ($15K-$20K monthly target)
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Conduct product demonstrations via virtual meetings
- Submit accurate weekly sales forecasts and activity reports
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with proven track record of hitting targets
- Ability to work independently in remote-first environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
