Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Present product solutions to 50+ qualified prospects weekly via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with consistent conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with measurable results
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tools
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in rejection handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
