Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing structures to prospective clients to address their needs.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
