Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and customer data accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
