Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and needs-based solutions
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ call and activity targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Present product demonstrations and handle complex negotiations
- Participate in weekly sales training and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise clients
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
