Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients across San Diego County
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and digital outreach
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% client retention rate
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to C-level executives

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with uncapped commission structures
- Track record of exceeding $500K+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex deal negotiation
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
