Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities via phone and email.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Track daily sales activities and manage a pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
