We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Oakland-based team on a Direct Hire basis. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Update CRM records accurately and in real-time.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and strategies.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals over the phone.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Call Center environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively during the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
