Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate new business leads.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the El Paso region.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique value proposition of our offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
