Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
- Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain the value of our services to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Market Expansion: Explore new territories and markets within the Dallas-Fort Worth area to drive revenue growth.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Availability: Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
