Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Client Outreach: Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our products/services as the ideal solution.
- Closing Deals: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, overcome objections, and secure new business contracts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales activities, and customer information in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive company revenue.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Drive: A strong desire to succeed, learn new skills, and achieve financial goals through commission-based work.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
