Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demonstrations
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly revenue targets using Salesforce.com CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability required (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM CST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
