Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and emails to secure qualified meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Participate in daily sales training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but High School Diploma or GED is acceptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
