Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Present product and service solutions to prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track sales activities and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required (we provide full training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional team events).
