Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- No prior sales experience necessary. We prioritize attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
