Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Present product solutions to clients via virtual demos and consultations
- Manage and update client relationships in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, conversions, and pipeline growth
- Participate in daily sales training and role-playing sessions
- Document client interactions and sales activities accurately
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (training provided)
