Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with potential clients in Detroit metro and Ohio regions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Document sales activities and pipeline in CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
