Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and CRM data management
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine sales strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years sales or customer experience experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot)
