Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and manage customer data accurately.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
