As an Inside Sales Rep on the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for new inbound and outbound leads. Your mission is to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close deals—all from the comfort of our modern office environment.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-value sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present tailored solutions to potential clients in the Illinois and Washington DC regions.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and ongoing sales strategy training sessions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Self-motivated drive to succeed and a hunger for uncapped income.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
