Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Consultative Sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We train all new hires on our proven sales methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Attitude: Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong desire to hit targets.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
