Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a focus on service recovery.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms to ensure a pristine shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock.
- Monitor product displays and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
