Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and optimize conversion strategies.
- Participate in daily sales training sessions and role-playing exercises to refine closing techniques.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; high school diploma with strong academic record is acceptable.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
