Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business leads and appointments.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client records, and forecast sales activities.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on company criteria to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory expansion and lead generation.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
