Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new clients in Charlotte, NC and Georgia territories through field visits and networking events
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Submit detailed weekly activity reports and pipeline forecasts
- Attend mandatory weekend sales events and trade shows across assigned regions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for territory travel
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions highly valued
