Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Virginia Beach area and surrounding regions.
- Sales Execution: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Closing & Retention: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and managing ongoing client relationships.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine our sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to work in a commission-based environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Drive: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Virginia Beach, VA.
