Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls during night shifts with a high degree of professionalism and energy.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure 100% data integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, call center, or customer service (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
