Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Greater Philadelphia area.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-energy, face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and repeat business.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing sales training workshops to refine negotiation and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Driver's License: A valid, clean driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for territory coverage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive speaking style.
- Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales.
