Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with consistent pipeline generation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Present product solutions via virtual demos and consultations
- Attend weekly sales training and strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone for team collaboration
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
